What is "FOL - PORTFOLIO"?

On the VIN Status report, to the right of FL2 - FOG LAMPS, is FOL - PORTFOLIO. What is this?:confused:

Maybe a gift from your dealer? This perhaps?

Hopefully he won't expect you to pay for it ... that is, if I'm right about this FOL option.
