I am 95% sure it's custom. And ugly IMO. But I like the car overall, it's a bit rough but considering where he lives, I can forgive him since I know owning a car like that is tough. His username is yamil, here.

search for knight sport rear spoiler/lip for the rx8 it looks just about the same but much better imo
