Uses for that extra exhaust.

I figured out something one can do with that extra OEM exhaust many of us have lying around.
For less than $30 I turned mine into a motion activated garage light. I can also use the exhaust still as this“MOD” requires no changes being made to the exhaust. The first photo is of the basic parts used, which can be found at any Home Depot. After installing the light sockets and attaching the wires I just hung the exhaust from three hooks and plugged it in. I just need to re-route the wire but it was not hard to do and I have something Unique |
Not bad! Pretty creative. I was going to weld a base to the bottom of the inlet pipe and make a candle holder! No pictures available yet...

Thats pretty bad ass.

Nice idea.

Cool idea. And I heard it adds about 3-5 watts max . j/k
|
That totally rocks!! How creative!!
|
Somebody has WAY too much spare time. But I'm just jealous. Oh, and the light is pretty cool too.
|
And I thought a bong was the only possible use for that....j/k

|
unique, but not very pleasing to look at.
|
IT reminds me of early space/alien movies.
|
Nice idea.
|

I was wondering what I'd do with it this fall when I have to put the pool stuff back- I think you've answered that one :D |

That's ghetto

Good idea.

Neat idea but it looks kind of hickish just hanging there with two lightbulbs poking out of it. Creative though, but I wouldn't do it.
