And I was also wondering, it has the little plastic cap things under the headlights, like it has some sort of headlight washer,but i cant for the life of me figure out how to work them, or if those are just there on every model. (i would look in the owners manual, but i dont have one...joys of buying a used car).

I was originally under the impression that its a GS because of the cloth interior and no sunroof, but now i dont know...

ok this is what i found out, if you have a MT 6 speed with 18s you have the sport, the base model is the AT with 16s

it depends on the year..

if you have a mt you have 18" wheels. done..

if you have a mt and no fog lights you have a base.

a sport adds fogs dsc and zenons.. this is related to a 04 or 05. it gets fuzzy after that..

sports had the option of a moonroof.

newguy has a 2004. in 2004 the trim levels were called base, sport, grand touring. he has a sport.

you forgot touring. 2004 was sport touring and grand touring

 

I was under the impression that the sport did NOT option a sunroof. (Hence why its the lightest model). If it has a sunroof then its a touring. Leather is a GT.

To me everyone is making this way more complicated than it is lol.

 

Hm, I was on Edmunds right now, and it said for 2004, there is only 1 trim ..

 

That is completely wrong, there was base, sport, touring, and grand touring. Each of which offered in auto or manual. Screw Edmunds.

First, Headlight washers:

Pull the wiper stalk TWICE quickly to manually spray. And, every fifth time you use the window washer they will automatically spray.

Headlight washers? I was thinking your 8 was base/sport but.. I don't think it has bose.. I'm guessing the owner before you added the fogs and 6 disc changer afterwards. Or something..
btw, spoiler, and the appearance package is an option on every model.

Silver looked completely stock
Black had some body kit and stuff on there ..

He said the Silver is Touring, and black was GT ..

I guess he thought the black was the GT because it had a body kit .. ???

But anyways .. I got the silver one
