I drove the Z and it was nice but the 8 has better interior. The Z has lots of low end torque but the 8 engine felt like a supersport motorcycle engine. Plus the 8 is more practical and you can get a much better deal on a left over 04 right now.

As for reliablility, just hit 37,000 miles a couple weeks ago and I have had 0 engine issues.

Only thing that annoys me is my temp control and fan control ***** keep breaking.

LOL yours too...you'd think they would come out with stronger ones or something :D

8 is more comfortable overall as well. supension, steering, shifting, brakes, seem to work together better. seats are more comfortable and better visibility than the z.
