Tips with RX8 to make it better

CHEAP WAY TO IMPROVE RX8


Ways I have turned my boring car into a more fun, fast, loud car.

1. Pipercross airfilter £30.00
   
2. Decat from ebay £145.00
   
3. K&N oil filter £15.00
   
4. New performance plugs and cables £100.00
   
5. Back box – Ebay £160.00 (fat exhausts, prob 5", looks and sounds much better

I fitted all this besides the decqat myself and in 2 hours..


The car is like an rx8 should be, fast, loud, back fire, much more responsive, no more juddering, smoother..


The cars should come like this standard.. I spent max £300.00 and car is a little beast.


WARNING LIGHTS – you can turn these off when you want to buy following a guide posted on How to Reset the Dash Lights in an Mazda Rx8 (5 Steps) | eHow e.g. when you sell the car ! lol or in front of other car wankers who will criticise you not spending £400 on engine management tool.


SECONDLY – FLOODING


No need to listen to 100s of explanations to deflood.. they are a load of shite.


To de flood RX8, simple:

• Turn key half way
  
• Put flood flat down on accelerator peddle
  
• Turn key full for 3 seconds
  
• Repeat until you hear an empty engine sound, it is noticeable when the fuel is gone from engine
  
• Turn car off wait 10 seconds then turn key, car will start first time

This has now saved me on 3 occasions ! No need to fuck about with the fuses, this is a quick fix, 2 minutes.


I know the RX8 are old now but people ar still buying them, they are great cars but terrible on fuel, mine does about 100miles for £40 ! no shit!!! Fucking drinks like my old man.


Hope this has helped some people, as I had to work all this out as trial error didn’t get me far from various posts. I just did this all myself and now got a monster black windows, black alloys, black leather, it’s a nice little car.

I love it !! mention a few ways to improve the same car everyone owns, I get called a noob and a brit.. yes I am a noob, yes I spent hours reading the forum with only a bit of actual help, my advice works, you can mock it but de floods car every time, no need to fuck about with fuses that's a load of shit! so you lot are wrong there. and the cheap ass mods I did to the car made it 30% better than before.. so if you don't have money to get turbo kit or japspeed full system this is a good option for other new car enthusiasts. I aint paying £5k on a Greddy kit! to produce 330bhp haha ya bunch of carpet munchers.. all having a pop at some noob virgin called Sally!! you bastards.. I have no friends, I just wanted to fit in ! I thought that was what you guys wanted!! I cant believe it ! I cant even sell my body for sex on craigs list, now the rx8 forum I love wont even like my comments.. I was loyal to you people, I would have done anything for you! I even send pictures of my open arse hole to Vlaze!!! and he has audacity to mock me.

oh shit lol. de flooding should be an issue if you maintain your 8 in the first place. vlaze is a personal friend of mine but i highly doubt he would like seeing you gaping hole unless he was gonna break his boot off in it. relax man its just the interwebz.

What you're feeling is 30% placebo effect mostly is why you're getting jibbed as most of us have done what you've done and/or more and know better.

I mocked you since brits usually know better than to act like an American here going shopping to what is our equivalent of Autozone/Pep Boys/Advance Auto, etc. and claiming omgzwowerz butt-feel improvement.
