My lease ended July 31st and I turned in my 04' 6 speed GT
. Hated to let it go, but the buyout didn't make sense. Almost went with an 06' Shinka, but leased a new Charger (yeh, it's got a Hemi!). I really loved the RX-8 and will miss it a lot.
I just wanted to thank this site and the members for helping to make my ownership experience a positive one. We are all lucky to have such a great resource.
One last item: If anyone is looking for a good dealer in Massachusetts I'd recommend Sentry Mazda. They are rotary savy and did a great job servicing my car.
Thanks again!

Thanks for the replies.
It's an R/T with the Road & Track package (same 350HP and suspension as a Daytona but without the stripes). I miss the incredible handling of the RX-8, but torque is nice too!
Gets about 1 MPG better mileage than the RX-8 (these aren't economy cars!)
I do just fine leasing. I did great with the RX-8 and the Charger. Just need to do your homework and know how they are calculated so you don't get screwed. I enjoy getting a new car every two or three years. Definitely not for everyone.
For those of you that haven't yet - get the starter/battery/plugs update. Made a huge improvement in starting and makes it almost impossible to flood (I did once before the update).
