Test for signal at coil connector

Using a multimeter, how would you test for signal at the gray ignition coil connector?

What do you mean by "test for signal"? What are you trying to do?

I'm trying to diagnose a misfire.
New bhr coils, new wires, new plugs.

I put an ignition tester on trailing 1 and got intermittent spark.

Trying to figure out if the connector or ignition harness or possibly ecu is bad.

Did you reset the NVRAM? Cat good?

use the troubleshooting guide here.

To test the harness you need to follow the pinout and the diagram and test each wire all the way to the ECU.

The cat is new. Tried resetting the NVRAM, but will try again(disconnected the battery for a couple of weeks).

Also, was able to pull start it, but low on power. Wld not idle. Dumped alot of fuel into the cat as it started glowing after 5 minutes.

OH. Well testing the coil wiring is the least of your worries.
