Stalled twice in a month

Stalled twice in a month
okay, I have had my 8 towed in two times because of the ignition fuse was blown
the dealer blamed on my sub-woofer wires, cos I took out the amp and sub left the wires in my trunk, but then I removed the fuse dat is connected to sub woofer wires so there should be eletricity on those wires
anyone know if my stalling issue is from engine flooding or wif my wires that have no electricity passing thru?
