holy crap!! if they included all of those features for the $30K price, they'll kill everything.... (especially with the diff, air bags, ABS, and 18' wheels...)

best feature

especially with the BOSE Premium System... if it's anything like the one in the RSX!! I'll buy the car just for it! *sarcasm*

I'm just glad to see they are offering Xenon headlamps!

I would hate to have a nice car like that, and not have the bright blue headlight distinction :)

That was a typo, right? You meant "bright blue headlight distraction", I assume. ;) Those things are blinding!

BlueAdept 08-13-2002 06:43 PM

I don't mind the high UV white lights... they are a good idea IMHO to make the white lines on roads show up more... but around here most cars that have them are police so that could be a problem!

What I HATE is the very highly lensed lights that look to be flickering different colours from one second to the next.

Nah, with a car like that, you want to have a nice distinctive front end, and with the bright blue glow you get from the Xenons, says something about the car you're driving.

I mean, there's not many questions at night, when you see the regular old orange lights behind you.. you don't think twice about what kind of car it is. But when you see the Xenon's behind you, you always have a curiousity of what car it is, be it Audi, BMW, whatever..

And with a car this nice, I'd be upset if they DIDN'T offer it :) I don't care much for its functionality, because regular lights do much the same thing, but the Xenon is just nice to see.

If the Xenon lights did just do the same as the regular lights... they wouldn't be worth it...

The reason they are better is because the higher UV content causes flourescant material used in signs, road markings and other reflective coatings to glow far more effectively and at a far greater distance than a regular halogen lamp...

But, I have to say, that here, I would slow down if I saw Xenon lights behind me as they are most often seen on local police vehicles...
