Did you find the other secret compartment? It is located under the rear spoiler

I would guess most people picked up on it right away.

Oops I touched the big plastic thing between the back seats and it fell off. Did I break it?
Another secret compartment?

Surprised you didn't find it yourself. Your salesperson must have been a real winner.

If you dont have the DVD nav there's a secret compartment under the hump in your dash..
It's very handy for storing dead pets!

Ha!!
I'm still finding little cubby's too. I've had mine for four months. How about the little change tray under the left side of the dash?
Have you noticed the neat pen holder when that big hole in the roof is open?? :D

By the way, you do know there's a handle on the drivers seat that moves the seat bottom up and forward or down and back when you pump it. This is on the manual seat, don't screw up your power ones!! :D :D :D

Wait till he finds the "secret gear" , located on the right side where you have to push down on the shifter to get into.

Rule number one about secret compartments...don't talk about secret compartments. Rule number two about secret compartments...don't talk about secret compartments.

Shhhhh! Don't tell anyone, but this stuff is in the TOP SECRET Owner's Manual which is usually found in the secret glove compartment. This document reveals all types of secrets about the car that you many not figure out if you don't read it - don't try doing it in one sitting.

I guess I'm dumb too since I have yet to notice it...

Although, I did buy mine at a Kia dealer so it definitely validates the salesman comment :P~

I guess I can't make a judgement call about missing the compartment. I had brought my 8 in for 6000 mile service recently, and when I got it back, my trunk release button on my key fob or the button on the lower left driver panel wouldn't function. I brought it back to the dealer, and they showed me that there is a button in the glove box to disable them so when you give out a vallet key they can't get in the trunk. I guess the service guy accidentily hit the button when he worked on the car.

Actually, I knew about that button thingie in the glove box. It's just that I forgot about it a little.

Right on par with most Mazda dealer's sales staff's. I knew about the compartment from the website but didn't know how to open it. When I picked up my car back in December, I didn't want to force it open so I asked the salesman to show me. He said there was no compartment back there. So then I asked him where the second 12v outlet was. The answer, there is no second power outlet.

Went home, looked it up in the owners manual.

Let's not be too harsh on this guy. He's having fun since he just found the secret compartment. I had no idea it was there either, and when I found it I was impressed.
