I created a Scheduled Maintenance file under Excel to help me with a quick look to see what needs to be done.

It's nothing big at all.

Since I'm Canadian, I'm using Kilometer instead of miles, but that can be change easily.

Also, I customized my maintenance date, also that can be change to reflect your's.

When the Maintenance is done, simply change the box color to green or whatever color you like.

Save the file to your local disk.
To print, select "landscape" and reduce the size to 90% to fit on the page.
