Absolutely not. The angle it meets the fender is different and so are the headlights. Two seconds of looking at photos would have revealed this to you.

Vis racing razor for s2

Curious on fitting this to my s1. Stumbled on a car in the rx8 crave crew with this bumper on an s1. I think by the looks the inside angle of the lights and the lower arch are the same on the s1 and s2. By trimming the s2 a bit to meet flush with the Fender I think it will work, and I think that's how this yellow one has been done.
