RX8 vs Recall Threads

Right now I think new recall threads would beat the RX8 in a race on the twisties. What do you think?

Maybe. There are probably more recall threads than RX-8s sold.

I'm just so glad that there aren't 8 gas mileage threads started each day.

I just called mazda about this new recall.. Said they are going to send notices to those who qualify by priority mail in a couple of weeks but you have to call and give your vin to see if you qualify. Here's the number if any of you need it 1-800-222-5500. Really this only needs to be done by people who bought used from another dealership. They'd still find you thru the DMV but it would speed up the process instead of waiting. They also said that they are going to run test on the cars but are predicting that very few people will need engine swaps... Most people's 8 can be fix by some new software they created to reprogram the cpu. Also, I'm sure most of you know but just in case there were 4 other older recalls that are still being honored.. Give your vin and they will tell you if your car is affected.. For all of you that know.. Sry to be repedative.. But for those of you who didn't know.. Well,,,,, Your welcome..
