Brutal!! I gave mine the once over on Monday night. Didn't see any damage!! Yet! I hate handing my keys over to anyone!!

free oil change?

How did they do that anyway? Your tech have a screwdriver on his holster? I hate that smell that mechanics have it just sticks to the leather.

I use rolls and rolls of masking tape...

One person should never remove a seat. It is just too awkward.

Call them and have them order a new trim panel.

I have the same thing in my car, I figure it is from buckeling up the seat belt. That buckle has sharp edges.

they scratched my drivers side door panel when they replaced my front speaker. and then they didn't even put the panel back on properly. i am losing trust in my local mazda dealership quickly

Thats a deep scratch. 40-50lb seat will inflict a deep wound.

My seat does not leave that position..EVER...In the second photo I had to recline the seat to get that angle.
