Talking RX8 ad in Sports Illustrated

So I was looking thoughthe new SI ( july 17th with the Mets on the cover) and found a RX8 ad(page 4). It's pretty cool, its a word search with 21 words....okay, its not that cool but I'm glad to see mazda is finally advertising this great car of ours.

Yea....that specific ad has been ran in auto magazines for the past 3 months now too. It's good to see that they've broadened their horizons to regular sports magazines as well!

A full page ad in the July PC Magazine as well (page 43), sounds like the same one. I don't remember ever seeing one in there. They must be targeting "the young IT professional."

Makes sense: i remember reading a thread here about what people do for a living, and about 2/3 - 3/4 seemed to be in the computer industry in some form or another.

Good background especially when it comes to working out 'what plugs in where' and what buttons to push. Sometimes you almost want more hidden buttons as each discovery is a delight!.

That's good. I was at a Mazda dealership on Friday and overheard a handful of people wondering what the RX-8 was and then going over to take a look at it. One guy said he'd seen them on the road from time to time, but didn't know what it was.
