i was just wondering has anybody ordered from rx7store? i mean yea im sure you have. is it normal for my flywheel and counterwieght to still be in the processing stage on my acount info after 4 days..... and when i call the store i never get any body but machines and leave messeges and no one calls or emails back... not too impressed with them right now..

They're busy sometimes. You should email them I found that to be more effective than calling.

i recently ordered from them and I did get someone on the phone most times, but I had to request my shipping information like 6 days after I ordered the parts. They never sent me any information that the package was shipped or anything, but it was a good price for the parts, so I guess you pay for it in slow customer service.

 

I agree with nycgps.Jason replied to all my emails!It also took some time for my order to be delivered but i got a great price-product.

i mean i pay i think over 50 dollars for shipping and then wait 2 3 weeks ... ill pass
