Hi all, I know that there are a lot of scattered threads about this, but I thought it would be a great resource to bring this info together. Post to the bottom and I'll edit up the top to keep a good list. Let me get started...

VIDEOGAMES:
Forza 2 (Xbox 360): This game is critically acclaimed as one of the best console racing sims you can buy, and it has a very robust internet community and online tournaments. You can buy a Mazdaspeed-modified RX-8, with fairly genuine parts like FEED body kits and real rims. This is pretty useful for checking out the appearance packages you're considering in real life!

The only good thing about this movie was the RX-8 scenes... :lol2:

She must of had some serious momentum to do that shit. I dunno why but it made me lol.

As JRichter mentioned, Forza Motorsports (the first one) has a couple of RX-8s you can buy and race with. There is the stock version that you can supe-up and a Mazdaspeed super-version that is quick but less modifiable. There's a handful of RX-7s in there too.

My buddy laughs at me when we race head-to-head in Forza because they made the 8 sound like a motorcycle.

My wife says my actual 8's deep growl sounds like a motorboat.

I think it sounds like heaven.
