Rx-8 Se?!

So I was flippin' this car magazine and came across this one-page ad for Mazda RX-8. The picture shows an RX-8, but the blurb went on something about Mazdapseed cars and then RX-8 Special Edition. Even the picture has a small pring of RX-8 Special Edition name on it. Anybody heard of this?
THis is from a Canadian car magazine btw. I think it's called CarGuide.

Here the Barneymobile isn't called Shinka. It's called the Special Edition. Maybe it's the same up there.

Barneymobile? Obviously, you have not see the Shinka in person.

It is a very nice color and changes depending on how the sun hits it, but it I know for a fact it never looks like barney no matter the lighting.

And yes it is known as the "Special Edition" on some websites and in some magazines.
