RX-8 logo/icon

hey guys, this is kinda random, but I am doing a carputer, and there are no skins for centrafuse, which is the front end for the nav, music, all that. I need a logo for the bootscreen to make it look nice.

I am looking for something like the RX-8 at the top of the r8club pages, that siler, metallic like thing. It just needs to be a little less pixelated. I've searched the web, but can't find anything.

Anyone have a good one with a solid color background or a transparent background?

For a sec I thought you were talking about the new Icon on the rx8club... And I like the new one too :)

take the one from the forums and take it into a vector program like illustrator. then just trace it.

it will look cleaner on your carputer anyway.

Well Zoom's link is to a vector. You guys both obviously know what that is. I am no photoshop expert... not even a beginner. Ha. But I have gimp shop, and can work that pretty well, will this vector thing open in there and will I be able to save it as a .png (that is the most important part)

Use this, I'm using this on my Kenwood DDX-514 for the splash screen at start up. Everyone who is in your car knows that it is an RX-8, might as well do something different.

I used one of the Nemisis for a while on mine.. but it only works if you have a red one....

But i recently switched the the second more plain one when i upgraded to the AVIC Z3 :)
