Running fine with no problems

Someone said on here a while back that nobody ever posts when things are going well and that's why you see so many threads about problems with the 8. I haven't been on here lately and the reason is I haven't had any issues. From this site I have learned to do things myself that I would normally pay a mechanic hundreds of dollars to do for me. I'm using Castrol GTX 5w-30, putting about 2-3 oz. of lucas ucl almost every fillup which is always 93 octane. '04 MT 72k SSilver gutted cat, all stock. Only issues I'm having is the smell of having a gutted cat, but I can deal with that, and idle vibration mainly with the AC on when it's extremely hot outside. Other than the gas milage which is usually about 250 per tank, or around 18mpg, the car is a true joy to drive. :ylsuper:

Yeah i think i know what you mean. When I have downtime I'm like, what do I need to take care of on my car? check or change the oil? clean it out? wash it? check my tire pressure? rotate my tires? change my side marker lights? armour-all the front lip and lower back bumper? Find something to do that requires driving somewhere to get that redline in? Finally put that mazdaspeed emblem I have on it somewhere? :dunno:

Actually my car is having problems. It can't go through other vehicles, and it goes faster than the posted speed limits. How do i fix this?

A ticket should fix your problem.

Tried that, but couldn't convince the officer to ticket me. He just told me to slow down. ;) Oh, and are any of you reading this one of the drivers of one of the 7 or so 8's I saw on Hillsborough St. last night?
