The fuel additive? Although their claims of "Reduces emissions and engine noise, increases fuel economy and restores power and acceleration" sounds great... It's BS.

System detergents do work. That's why many gas stations have it already added to the fuel you buy. Like BP's "invigorate" additive. If used at every fill up, either bottle or pre-added by the fuel company, it can clean the engine. Not sure the effect on a rotary, but it does help piston engine. You just have to do it all the time. The only quick fix these things can do is cleaning the fuel delivery system. Think of it like draino for your fuel system. Loosens the crap build up that gets past the fuel filter in hopes that it is injected into the combustion chamber where it burns up and/or heads out the exhaust. None will bring an engine to like new conditions, but will help lessen the build ups in the engine. If you use good quality fuel, you should not need bottle additives though.

^True, I'm working (on the computer) with one of the guys that blends the gas for BP.
One of the ways, low priced/no brand stations cut costs is to cut down or out the detergents in the fuel.

I fill-up with Chevron with techron. I guess it works, because both of my cars never had a serious problem so far.
