hi. my 03 192 hk rx8 need rebuild and want to do a turbo instald

MUCH more than that. I'm not going to list it all here, there are plenty of threads about it.
You're way better off finding a rebuilt engine from someone who knows what they're doing it. It will be cheaper.

Please tell me what this part is and where it goes.
