Be smarter the next time and either don't let the person go to "eat" or keep their documents.
Besides, food would be cold after all the paperwork... better fill it up first and eat later rofl. |
Why did you let her get her food???
Either way, as long as you have her plate no. its in your favor. |
...except if there is no damage, it'll be hard to prove that anything happened.
Of course if there is really no damage, there's no point to pursue anything. Did she hit your car hard, or just lightly bumped you? |
I got bumped Friday, stupid bastard pulled up behind me at a red light, stopped, then got distracted and his foot slipped off the brake, allowing the automatic trans to roll his POS Ranger into me at a still red light.
GRRRRRRRR chipped paint/fiberglass on my body kit a bit, glad he had insurance. |

It doesn't matter if you got the license plate, she could deny it with her insurance company and you could not prove that she rear ended your car without any police report or some sort of a written agreement that you guys both signed into. She left because she don't want anything to do with it. Good luck talking to your insurance company without any police report or written agreement of some sort. |
