Haha. A manual with no clutch. Wonder why they'd go through the trouble of splicing two photos together.

is it about the nav screen?because what i've seen mostly don't have the OPEN and TILT for the nav screen

probably not even an actual car. probably from an interior mockup produced solely for advertising. the red wrap for the ebrake handle is/was an accessory.
