Quick Question about RX-8s

Im interested in buying an Rx-8.... Im not familiar with rotary engines... do they blow like piston engines? I know they contain brushes and rotars, but how hard is it to blow one up lol? Also how much pressure can the stock engine take in HP or PSI for turbo setups..

The main way Rotary engines blow is through the Apex Seals. A quick search anywhere will show you what they are, and further, searching youtube will reveal some great footage of how the Rotary truly works. http://youtube.com/watch?v=oGrD7FTFLJc
