Question about tires.

What would the best tire choice be in this situation? I am assuming that Summer tires would likely not be the first choice, but would Ultrahighperformace tires be a better choice?

That wasn't an RX-8. It looks like a Mazda 3 hatchback.

And what a dolt. I have a feeling the airbag went off on his head-on into the building and stunned the driver. Or he has downs syndrome.
