i have all the glue off the front logo and the sucker will not come out do you know if the posts have notches on the end of them or what cause i dont want to force it but it seems like it wont come out no mattfer how hard i try

rodjonathan 07-25-2009 11:25 AM

they have little studs that go in the bumper and you have to pull em out it shouldnt be hard BUT i did a friends and his glue was in there too so it made it difficult

zell311@ 07-25-2009 11:29 AM

thanks ill try now just really dont want to break them

rodjonathan 07-25-2009 11:32 AM

try one side at a time really slowly kinda wiggle at em to get em loose or use a heat gut to melt the glue then pul em out

sharkpah 07-25-2009 11:58 AM

3M Double back tape works fine for putting them back on.

rodjonathan 07-25-2009 12:39 PM

either that or 3m trim glue availible at walmart

zell311@ 07-25-2009 09:49 PM

ill put pics up tmmr and use the 3m tape instead of the glue i used

rodjonathan 07-25-2009 09:59 PM

k cool

You can use dental floss to pull them up a bit, help get through the glue.

makes me want to put on matte black badges on.... but still prefer the clean look

zell311@ 07-27-2009 09:38 AM

my uncle owns a body shop when i get some cash i think if i gave him a 12 pack and like 40 bucks hed bondo and paint it for me so i may just go completely de-badge but this is defiantly a good x

im well aware and it kinda sucks with having a car thats so pretty and not having skills to toake good pics of it

The Reverend 07-27-2009 03:07 PM

Prerequisite to posting pics would be having a photography degree and an SLR and $$$ of software.

Car looks clean.
