alright so just yesterday when i was driving i got a blinking cel and it disapeared almost immediately...

ok so i'm trying to get up to speed on the on ramp redlined up through 2nd gear then when i was switching into 4th, going about 70+mph i get a CEL that blinks for maybe 5 secs, i get into 5th, then 6th, nd then it dissapears and hasnt come back...

should i be worried?
and lately i've been noticing a v ery strong exhuast smell from my car.

any ideas?
a failing cat?

 

you had a missfire.
