From various posts, it seems that some folks have exercised extremely fine control of the port options and / or factory options while others have been pretty much unable to make any mods.

I recently was able to get my dealer to add port options, but they claimed they could only do certain things. That's okay except I really only wanted the rear rotary accent and instead got signed up for the entire rotary accent package.

Can any of you who have exercised the better control help those of us who haven't been able to? I'm assuming it's a dealer training issue, so if you could give us clues on where to tell our dealer to go, what screen to use or just better confirmation that it's possible that would be big help.
