Well please do come back if you solve it because I gotta get this fixed. The new seal is in but my window switch isn't working so I gotta fix that to install the seal

 

6 months later and no leaks or wet floors. The plastic curtain behind the speaker housing works.

 

New window seal did nothing. It leaks by design. If you want to have an easy way to waterproof speakers, buy speaker baffles. Like a foam waterproof cover for the back of the speaker. A plastic sheet could work too but the foam is easier to do
