Oil Filter Adapter Question

More questions! Have another RX8 here and cant for the life of me figure out which oil filter works with the adapter it has (pictured below). Can anyone tell from the picture if it's missing part of the adapter, or if it's some kind of aftermarket adapter that needs a certain oil filter.

is it a spacer where aftermarket oil gauges hook into? You just use OEM filter on top.

It almost looks like an early RX-7 oil filter pedestal. The Purolator 14459 oil filter is a direct replacement oil filter for the 7 that I know of off the top of my head. You may want to try one of those or source an RX-7 oil filter locally or by test fitting at the parts store if you have the filter pedestal off.
