No more 8 for me
My dream came to an end prematurely. I thought that I can buy an Rx8 from a dealer problem free with only 29500 miles. I was wrong. After 2 months I had to pay for a coolant tank replacement. And just this week the car stalled on me on the highway. With all the stories going on in this website I think I had a bad rx8. I never allowed for a quart of oil to be missing. I never shut the engine off with the engine cold. I started adding about 4oz of 2-stroke oil to the gas tank. I think my problem must have been ECU related. Well all I can look forward to is 30 mpg with my other new car. My crave for an another 8 will have to wait like other enthusiast. If anyone need a K&N air filter let me know. $40 NYC

my dealer replaced mine under warranty! if anything i would have tried the ignition too.
