Yea, me too! Hate it when I do that. I hit the shut off in 1st faster than I expected. I had been running 89 octane and filled up with 93 about 15 miles earlier. I wonder if that made the difference?

 

there is an option on the radio while scrolling through the settings. It shows up right before (or after, not sure) the place where you can turn the bose auto noise control on/off

what is that option for? I remember it saying something about a beep

 

Yeah.....different beep.

 

The noise control thing in the Bose equipped cars is to automatically adjust the volume of your music depending on cabin noise. As far as I can tell it is seperate from the shift beep!

 

no the option i was referring to appears before you see the auto noise adjust choice. I'm not sure, i guess I'll have to go check it out on my car later for a better description. I think gomez answered my question though.
