new rx-8 owner and new to club
after suffering for 20 years having sold my 1981 RX-7 (to buy a house). I am back in the rotary club. I just bought a 2007 grand touring (absolutely loaded) in phantom blue mica with just 7400 miles on it (one owner trade). It is my sunny day summer car and it is killing me. I want to drive it and it keeps freakin raining here in Buffalo. Will post pics soon. I have driven it a few times in the last week and I absolutely love it. Don't know why I waited so long. It is good to be back!!!:ylsuper:

In bad weather, it's better to be driving in the 8 than couped up in any other car....that's my mentality.
Gratz and welcome, but you have to post pics. Standing rule that you you have to post pics or it didn't happen :) We just love seeing some pics of 8s though....and it's a fantastic color. |
Welcome! I agree with RIWWP. Best car in bad weather, it's just comfortable.
|
Welcome to the club!

Though nothing about those pics prove they were taken in Buffalo, sooo we still don't believe that the sun shines there ;) |
Congrats on the 8 and kudos to you on a nice intro.
Finally there's something good in Buffalo! LOL |
Congrats and you got a great color.

welcome to the club! and welcome back to the club ;) as an RX-8 owner, i never grew out of my RX-7's..i sold a couple and bought my 8, but i still have a couple 7's...i just can't see myself without one. prices are right for a nice first gen RX-7 these days and it would looke nice parked next to that beautiful phantom blue 8! any interior pics?
|
interior pics
I took some interior pics at the same time as I took these, but the sun was so bright (IN BUFFALO) that they came out very dark. I will take more and post them soon. I had a 1981 RX-7 in black with red pinstriping. I put Recaro seats in it and V rated tires with Riken rims and it looked great. I kick myself to this day for selling that car. I actually dream that it is still in my garage under a cover.:tear:

Hey welcome to the club! I actually moved to Houston from Buffalo just two years ago. I can't stand that weather! But it's freaking HOT down here. Anyway I can drive my 8 (that I have only had a week) all year round :ylsuper:
|
Welcome to the club! 8 looks pristine, great choice.
|
Welcome!
