New to the rx-8 forum

Hey I'm Ashley and I'm new to the forum. I bought a '05 manuel rx-8 Shinka a year ago...and I love it! Although, I don't like the gas mileage it's getting. I paid $20,500 for it with 24,000 miles...pretty good deal I thought.

Yeah, I'm sure it is....pssh. Here's one, but my other ones on my old computer. I don't have many because I'm the one behind the camera usually.

Welcome to the sausage factory, if you couldn't already tell.

The gas mileage will always be pretty bad, especially in city driving.

Hey is that place in the picture where they do tractor pulls, by any chance?

Yeah, I've noticed. Umm, I don't know if they do tractor pulls? Probably. It's at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tenn. I live about 45 minutes away from it. My boyfriend and I go down there a lot. He has a twin turbored 350z that he races on the drag strip.

Bristol TN is my (and the wife's) hometown - my parents live about 4 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway/Thunder Valley.

I must have been to over 30 races at one or the other through the years.

Hope to be moving back in a few years.

Yeah, my boyfriend and I love going to Bristol! I've been going to every NHRA and Super Chevy race since 1998! You've got me beat I'm sure! I'm not really into Nascar though. And another reason why I looove going to Bristol is you all have THE best sushi place called Osaka. I love eating there as much as I can! haha

I have respect for my body and I don't want guys that I've never met before looking at my half naked body standing in front of my 8. So no thank you to those threads.
