New model info release dates?
 

So I have been gearing up in anticipation over the 16x rensis that I gather is supposed to be coming with 2010 RX8. Now that the 09 is in full production and on the lot, when can I expect concrete detials to be released on the 2010? like the tech specs and what not posted in the other forums?

Now that the RX-8 has had its first revamp the next RX will be here soon. I say within a year. I have had seven RX's(since '71) and my experience is that Mazda is very secretive. So we will probably only get around three months heads up on it. I don't see Mazda coming out with another RX-7(model name). It will be the next RX-?# or a completely new gen RX-8(like they did on the RX-7). What is important now is lite weight(I'm thinking two to three hundred pounds less),MPG(15-20% more),HP(we know the 16X will give us in the neighborhood of 20% more plus more torque too)and all the other things the Rotary cars give us will be even better i.e. brakes,handling,transmission etc.

oh lord, i hope your right. i got three more years of working and my next car is my last.

I bought this one four years after I retired and cant wait for the 16X!!! I can remember when the 13b came out...WOW... it did not want to give up at red line like the 12a.
