Need ya'lls help real on spark plugs
I bought new plugs and i read that the standard size for [both]: 1.15mm-1.25mm (0.046-0.049in) for the gap, but when i checked my trailing on the new plug it was 0.030 even the old plug it was that size. could a smaller gap result to unburnt fuel?

If you bought the right plugs, they are gapped correctly and don't need to be adjusted. I don't trust the source you pulled that from at the moment.

These are the part num for the plugs RE7C-L (6700) and RE9B-T (6701)
|
Yup, you got it right. Just install, don't mess with the gapping.

The 18th comment down is where i got the source from was that info wrong??? |
The only gap reference i can find within the first 150 posts is copy and pasted from sparkplugs.com. So my statement stands, I don't trust it.
Leave the gap where it is :) |
