Need HELP with MAZDAPARTS.COM
 
Has anyone delt with this company. Im sure someone has. im going on 3 weeks and no contact other than a email saying my card got charged. I have sent several PM's and multiple emails to this company. Does any one know Jason Laube? the owner of this business. I really wanted to coil packs but now i will just have to settle with trying to get my cc company to get the money back and make my own replacement. If anyone can help me, or know this Jason Laube of minnesota and contact him for me I would be greatful.

I and I'm sure many others have dealt with them. Yes, Jason is slow to respond(weeks in my case), but he did come through for me. Biggest issue is that a lot of what he deals with is JDM and comes directly from Japan. Boat only comes over like once every month or so. That doesn't excuse the no response to E-mails, but it takes awhile to get stuff......if coming from Japan. I'll see if I have any other E-mail addresses for you to try and reach someone.

Thats soo crazy, im in the same boat.....he will not answer or respond to my phone calls or texts or emails or ANYTHING!!! what a businessman!! Im going on 4 MONTHS for an ECU!!! NOT RECOMMENDED at all!!! I wish Christian at esmeril racing would find another company to sell his parts through....

Put them on the Ripoffreport.com website and report them on the Better Business Bureau for complaint issues about the business.

Still no ecu! Man this sucks. I wish in could take 4 months to to do something at my job.....and just ignore customers....will not talk over the phone. All they do is text you but with pointless information. I mean seriously, how can they be so busy....I ordered an ecu for 1400 bones 4 MONTHS ago!!! And still nothing.....FUCK MY LIFE!!!!

I've known Jason for years, he is a good guy, I'll make sure he responds to you directly as well. Not sure what the issue is, but he and the company are both legit.

from what i understand, and what i hope, i just have bad luck with this. alot of other people that ive talked to that have the turbo kit have had no problems at all. when i do get to talk to christian or jason, they make stuff happen. but when it goes 3 weeks with no contact, then i fell left out in left field.When my kit shipped, i was missing a few hardware pieces. i got up with christian and he took care of it right away by getting those parts in my hands with in 2 days. but i just wish i had this ecu now. i have alot of scca and nasa events that i could be having fun in but the car is just collecting spiderwebs in the garage with no ecu.....hopefully i will have it soon....Jason did contact me last night via text and said he is looking into it more....

I have also had a problem with mazda parts. I've been waiting 4 days and my order still has not even been charged to my card and still reads pending on order staus. Have sent many emails with no replay. Could one of u guys please help. Also if things don't work out on my mazdaspeed kit anyone know where to get an authentic one for around the same price as mazdaparts.com-
