I need help with 2 questions...how does someone get car insurance for short periods of time (like a week)...I am going to St Maarten,in the Caribbean and I am coming back to Toronto,ca every few months and want to drive my RX8 and my insurance comp says 45 days is the minimum for $600 they are taking me for a ride(bad joke) and does anyone know a cheap comp to ship from Miami-FL to St Maarten- I want to ship my car and the cheapest I found is $2100usd-
