My first RX8
I just got my first RX8. Bought it this saturday for $9000. Its only a sport but I was still able to get a 6spd. So I am trying to figure out how to insert the picture of it but its not working too well. I will have to figure it out and post one later.

lol only one for now. But after this one goes then maybe I will replace it with another one. Hopefully by that time I will have enough for an R3. Either that or they will be cheap enough for me to afford.

61,000. That was a big seeling point to me. He bought it new in 04 and he has a huge stack of the service records etc. I havent gone through it all yet but Im hoping its all there so the warranty is still valid for another 4 years. Or 20,000 miles whichever is first.
Welcome! You are going to love the car. SS is a great looking color...
Actually it should come as a pleasant surprise to you that you will have an engine core warranty for the next 40,000. It is covered up to 100,000 miles. Thats just for the engine itself though.

Thanks. I read about the warranty being extended somewhere but I must have just forgot the numbers. Is it 8 yr 100,000 miles or 10 yr 100,000 miles? And yea I do love it already. Although its snowing here so I dont want to take it out. I had to drive it a bit in the snow just to get it here and those toyo proxes 4 are terrible in the snow.

be sure to check out those service docs n' confirm that your warranty wasn't voided for whatever reason.

I'm from Indiana. I haven't posted in the midwest forum yet. I'll be doing that soon but I have to get back to studying. Unfortunately this site is so much more interesting than biochemistry.
