Hi, I did try to do a search on this topic, but I had no luck whatsoever with the search function...

It's been awhile since I've been on the site. I had a Sunlight Silver ordered about 6 - 8 months ago, but had to cancel because I needed a true 4 door for business. I wound up getting an Audi A4 3.0, which is a great car, and downright beautiful, but it's just not a sportscar no matter how hard I try to make it one. I'm going to switch jobs next January and will be able to go back to a sportscar, and since I have kids the RX8 is still my 1st choice.

I will more than likely be getting an '05, so I was wondering what changes if any are in store. It sounds like white will be a color choice. If so, I will definitely go for it. XM is a must, too. Will they have that? Thanks in advance for your input. I hope you all are enjoying your 8's, maybe someday I'll finally be able to join you.

 

only change is yellow is gone, white will replace it

 

I heard that 05 model will be wired for satelite radio. Don't know if it is a factory option, but I'm sure you can get dealer or an aftermarket install. And yes, 05 will have white.

 

Just white=bbbooo!!! We need more HP like the G35.

 

if u wanted hp like the g35 why didnt u just get the g35? be happy with the heavenly suspension :D

 

Oh dude trust me I would not trade ma 8 for the world. But with HP#'s like that Mazda has to do something...

No way, I dont think they will do it, Everyone an there Mom will trade in.

 

By now... most people should know especially enthusiast that MAJORITY of the car companies dont make major upgrades... the foloowing year of introduction... usually 2-3 years in... in the RX-8 case being a sport cars and all... 2006 we shall see major upgrades such as

-Rims
-Transmission
-Ergonomics
-little bit of this and that...

 

Right, thats why people like greedy and HKS make turbo kits.
IE:350/G35...

 

Im cool with a 2006-2007 uprgrade.
