mazdaspeed RX-8 ??
guys i did alittle search didnt really find any solid answers... ive been outta the rotary community for a few years now since i sold my 8 2 years ago...
id REALLY like getting into a faster version of the car i used to love... whats the word on this 320hp rx-8 ?? is it? / when will it be in the states ? :fingersx: |
the only state that the mazdaspeed8 will be is in the State of the Mind. ;)
|
The mazdaspeed rx-8 is only available in japan, and it's just some suspension stuff with a body kit. You can buy it peace meal in the united states.
if you want 320 hp, get a turbo kit. mazsport has kits that look like they can dish out around 400 hp. |
we can only dream

People really need to stop asking this damn question.

No i dont even think it will be out then. For anyone else who is going to ask, I just don't see mazda coming out with a MS version. This topic has been debated over and over again, if you do a search, you'll see. First of all the gas mileage is already bad, and adding a turbo on it, it will be even worse. Also turbo kits come with some minor problems, and the 8 has had enough problems for some people without the turbo now just imagne having a turbo kit. Mazda will be hesitant to fix things, and people on this forum will have even more complaining about mazda. I'm happy with my 8 just the way it is! |
