Mazda curbed a wheel
Ok, please let me know if I'm just overly anal retentive and obsessive-compulsive or not.
Took the car in for the 5K service today and the car came back with a wheel that had hit a curb. There is a new inch long mark on the rear passenger wheel. I KNOW I didn't put it there. Well, I put about a 1/2 inch one there about 3 weeks ago coming into my driveway, and have been overly careful since then. This is a new scratch. This also lets me know that they didn't rotate the tires like the manual says should be done every 5K miles. Should I say anything to Mazda about it? Or, do I need to seek medical attention for my obsessice-compulsiveness about this car? Thanks |
Talk to the service manager immediately, that way they cant say it was you.

It might be to late. You need to check your car before you leave the lot.
