Not to be a douche but this question is literally asked on a weekly basis by someone who has just purchased a new 8. Do a litttle searching my friend their are tons of posts regarding maintenance requirements. You can't expect us to answer the same questions over and over. Trust me that little search button at the top of the page is your friend.

Well what exactly do you mean by maintain? As in daily driving? Storage? Fuel?
Theres a lot of good info on this site, and all i can really tell you to get you going is this - http://www.racingbeat.com/mazda/perf...rocedures.html follow this guide to help break in your car if it is new - After breaking in, redline once a day to keep her from getting carbon build up - Premix is a good thing, look up idemitsu or amsoil saber pro - wait until one of the bars on the tach goes away before driving the car to protect the cold engine - although the S2 is harder to flood, try not to shut the car off before it reaches normal operating temps (all bars except one gone on the tach) |
And people wonder why I have these saved!

You have an owners manual, start there......then read all the threads I just linked! Welcome and enjoy the addiction! |
Come on, search man.

Maintenance:
The RX-8 owner's manual specifically states that you should not run your car into walls or jump it off cliffs.
