went to start it today and it wouldnt start.. wouldnt turn over, nothing, i dont think i flooded it... i let it sit at 5k Rpm for 10 secdond before i shut it off.. so? it started, nothing happend, didnt turn over, so i remeber reading somewhere where you hold the key in for 10 seconds or something then do this? i cant remeber, so i did that, and then the next time i tried it like 5 minute later it started.. no problem, only thing is the CEL light is on again... ?? any ideas??? man.. i know i sound like a complainer.. but.. geeze.. it sucks

Battery bad or something is draining it.

It takes a lot more juice to turn the starter than it does to light up a CEL

I had this happen to my saturn, you might want to check out the battery connections, leaving it for 5 minutes and then it starts doesn't sound like an engine problem at all. And you should take it in to get the codes read off the computer to pinpoint the problem. I don't think it's too serious, but it's your best bet to nailing the problem.
