Looking for service history on an 8 I'm thinking of buying
 

I'm considering buying an '05 RX8 and was wondering if there is a way to get the service history online using the VIN#? Thanks in advance.

I would ask the person/dealer you're buying from for a Carfax. They have to expense it once for many potential buyers. It's a better deal for them. If they don't, they might be hiding something.

Call mazda north america with the VIN and just ask them to email you the complete service history. Just tell them you're looking to buy it. They are very nice about it, i've done it with two past cars.
