At least the nerve symptoms I've been having are not from actual nerve damage, thank God. It's caused from the irritation with the torn tendons stressing everything. Instead of being one full tear I have several smaller partial tears in the tendon. Think a rubber band that is all dried out and getting brittle. You stretch it and you have a bunch of "cracks" in it. That's kind of like what happened to my tendon.

zeblien 09-18-2006 04:07 PM

Well I couldnt imagine what micro tears on the tendon would feel like, but my friend's mom had a tree fall on her leg/knee while camping (sleeping no less), and she had dozens of knee surgeries... painfull for sure!

OCMarsh 09-18-2006 06:15 PM

I think we can all agree that the Mormon church screwed you. They have a bad history with women.

BunnyGirl 09-18-2006 11:14 PM

Well, I suppose you can always argue with my MRI if you want.

BunnyGirl 09-18-2006 11:15 PM

Update!

Went in today and talked to the manager (Tyler). He apologized profusely for the problem. On inspection of my wheel much more closely (he was "concerned" the tire/wheel was damaged) it was discovered that the center part of my rim where the Mazda logo is has been scraped/gouged as if the center was removed with a screwdriver. They are now sending my wheel out to be fixed by a wheel shop. As soon as they can fit me with a replacement wheel, possibly tomorrow or Wednesday I go in to have my wheel swapped out and sent into the wheel shop. It appears that it is just the paint/coating on the wheel that is scraped up so hopefully it should repair up nicely. If not I am going to ask that they replace my wheel. I pointed out to them that I am not complaining about the tiny, minor little "scuffs" that are inside where the nuts go since those are not noticeable unless you are right down looking at them and to a certain extent I have a few of them on my other wheels from when I had my tires rotated in August.

I asked who the wheel shop they were using was and then promptly called the body shop we use (tire guy said body shops send the wheels to this place) and the body shop confirmed that they use this place and they do an excellent job, so I feel better about that. I am just very unhappy about this whole situation in general that it happened.

The manager was being very nice and apologetic and very agreeable to trying to make me happy about what happened. I pointed out which employee it was that was the problem, too (Michael).

Meanwhile, my mom and I found three screws and a fairly good-sized bolt in the parking lot at Les Schwab.

PS Thanks for the $50 - no one else in my office believed you would actually take your mommy to scold the nasty tire man for not giving you good enough free service.

zeblien 09-19-2006 09:39 AM

How many of your 1890 posts have been insulting people on their thread BlueR?

zeblien 09-19-2006 09:56 AM

Well I can say I have not seen much of her thread starting topics.

zeblien 09-19-2006 10:07 AM

Well, considering my "mazda forgot my pistons" thread, its seems like good humor! Except you said she deleted them, which means she was serious.........lol.

bah. the worse thing that could happen is her grab the Taser that she keeps on the kitchen table of the double-wide and give you a good jolt with that

HolyCross05 09-19-2006 12:15 PM

Ouch

zeblien 09-19-2006 12:19 PM

HEH I have been tasered.. it doesnt hurt. WIMPS all of you.

HolyCross05 09-19-2006 12:22 PM

When I said Ouch, I wasn't referring to being tasered.

zeblien 09-19-2006 12:28 PM

... nice save there HC.
lol. I forgot the voltage, but my friend is in law inforcement and caries one. He poked me with it a few times. After a while you lose muscle control though. Now I would not want to be shot with the taser gun.

BunnyGirl 09-19-2006 12:31 PM

Ouch. The little pronged probe thing plus the electricity.

I think they are also a stronger voltage but I'm not sure.

OldCoot 09-19-2006 01:10 PM

Why did you taser the guy at the tire shop? Didn't he want to look at your MRI?

zeblien 09-19-2006 01:39 PM

LOL OldCoot! Funny, but mean. Anyway, ya there are tasers that are much higher in voltage, to a point it can kill you.

OldCoot 09-19-2006 01:48 PM

You want funny, look at an earlier post from our hare brained friend.

zeblien 09-19-2006 01:51 PM

? I dont get it. Why is that funny to you? You picking on the short sentances? Do you not understand what she is saying?

BunnyGirl 09-19-2006 02:10 PM

Maybe a translation helps. Three people worked there (don't know if they still do) that I would certainly not trust my vehicle with since I know them personally and now how they are. If I were to be given one of those people to work on my car I would request someone else. When I got there I didn't see any of those people working at that time and the person that started on my car seemed fine. I watched him through the window of the store front from the waiting room, where they make you go wait. After the full wheel, tire and all, was removed it goes into a room somewhere in the building where I can no longer see what is going on. Several minutes later I saw him come out and put my wheel on, already filled with air since he didn't do it there. He then got in my car, which is where my initial "issues" with him started. I had no prior experience with this person nor am I familiar with his work. It's not like I spend all my free time there watching this employee to see what he does in the off chance that he may someday be working on my car.

zeblien 09-19-2006 02:13 PM

10 to 1 he is still confused.

BunnyGirl 09-19-2006 02:17 PM
