Customer service the way it should be!
I placed an order for an item from RX8Store.com and they sent the wrong item. After calling, Jason and Scott were great and overnighted the correct one immediately so I was only out that extra day.

Good to know for the future. I was wondering how some of the smaller aftermarket outlets were with customer services, etc.
