Just Drove Past Mazda Headquarters
 

I've been working a delivery job the past few days and I was driving past the Mazda North American headquarters in Irvine and I decided to cruise by and check it out. I pulled in the parking lot and saw no less than 30 (I swear) RX-8's just chilling in the parking lot. I saw all of the colors represented in the parking lot but the Nordic Green (I've still never seen one of these in person) and the Dark Blue (Why can't they bring this to the US?). I've also decided that when I get my RX-8 next May, I'm definitely getting it with a spoiler.

I also went past another Mazda building a few miles away the next day and saw a ton more RX-8s in that lot as well, but sadly I didn't have time to follow up on that lot.

i also drive by there sometimes and last time i saw the brand new miata :D i followed it unto the 405North and drove next to it and behind it for like 30 minutes in traffic. the car looks beautiful! it had dealer plates on it and the factory stickers :D

those ones in the fenced in lot all crammed together are buybacks some are used in testing. the whole bunch are headed to the compactor

They could've salvaged the parts and sell them as refurbished items.

It sounds like no one gets rid of their Nordic greens. :D

that's cause nobody bought one. mu ha aha ha

prob is the most "unique" color out of the lot, i've already seen more white than nordic green on the road

Good--I see too many reds and silver is extremely boring to me (and apparently they crash all the time :p )---hopefully they discontinue the Nordic Green so I won't see myself.
